What’s a CSA?

CSA stands for community supported agriculture.

This is a model of farming that connects local consumers with local farmers centering around seasonal eating and building a resilient, healthy community. Members receive a variety of produce – freshly picked & curated – and enjoy the satisfaction of knowing where their food came from and how it was grown – shortening the supply chain and impacting their local food system. It is not just a transaction, but rather an opportunity for a strengthened connection to the land and a relationship with the farm, between the CSA member and the farmer. As a member of this CSA, you directly contribute to sustainable agriculture by supporting a farm that practices organic methods, prioritizes people over profit, and values the health of the soil and other living things here in our home habitat. By sharing in the investment of what it takes to farm, you help with the risk and also receive the abundance.
